Accepting an Offer

To secure a place, a holding fee is required. Current holding fees are $500 -$1000 determined by how many  days you have been offered. If the child leaves the centre or drops sessions parents are required to give  **four weeks’ notice in writing to allow the centre time to fill the vacated place without incurring financial  loss. Once notice of four weeks has been given and assuming the account to be at a nil balance, the holding fee will be refunded. If less than four weeks’ notice is given, the holding fee will be forfeited.
**Four weeks’ notice refers to 4 operational weeks where fees are charged.

Settling In

Before starting at EW we encourage parents to visit with their child. Spending time at East West
together establishes confidence and trust. You will get to meet the staff, experience our culture and

become familiar with some of our routines.
Every child has a different experience settling in and the teachers will guide
you through what is most suitable for your child.
When the time comes, we recommend that parents do a quick drop off, as lingering at this time can cause confusion and your child might think that you are staying at East West too!
